The red earth and turquoise sea caressing wild landscapes have served as the inspiration behind this Menorcan finca.
The renovation and extension of the property were carried out by the prestigious architecture studio Atelier du Pont, preserving the spirit of the place and the unique sense of solitude. The spaces, lines, and colours reflect the art of living in harmony with nature. To create an organic feel, special attention was given to curves—particularly in the iroko wood doors and arched openings. The ceiling height was increased to soften the ambiance, and the entire 300 m² layout was designed to flow seamlessly. The continuity between spaces is a true source of wellbeing.
One of the most distinctive features is the kitchen, entirely clad in 3,000 handmade yellow ceramic tiles, covering both the countertop and the central island.
Beyond the generous kitchen, the highlights of the renovation include four bedrooms, each with direct access to its own terrace, a hammam, a swimming pool, and an extensive use of natural materials throughout the home.
The beautiful woodwork was custom-made by local artisans. The same goes for part of the furniture, which perfectly complements more contemporary pieces.
Additionally, several agricultural outbuildings remain to be restored, and their transformation is already possible thanks to approved building permits.
